How we work
Every mandate starts with a free initial consultation. We listen, assess your project against the German and European funding landscape and tell you honestly whether it fits, and if so, in what form.
Only once we agree do we get started. We write the application, respond to follow-up requests and coordinate consortium partners. When funding is approved, we receive an agreed percentage. Until then, no invoice.

- Communication with the authorities: we answer follow-up requests, clarify questions and keep the paperwork off your desk.
- Drawdown & reporting: interim reports, final reports, proof of use. On time and formally correct.
