Here we bundle three service profiles that are too specific to fit into a standard solution, but that belong to our core expertise.
Innovation management
Methodical set-up of an innovation pipeline: idea generation, evaluation, stage-gate processes, roadmap. Worthwhile when your company runs R&D projects regularly and the selection process should become more structured.
Project management (to the IPMA standard) and network management
As an external function or as a sparring partner for your internal project management. Particularly useful in collaborative projects with consortium partners: universities, research institutions, industry partners. We take on consortium leadership, risk management, reporting obligations and audit preparation.
Participation as a research partner
In collaborative R&D projects we take on an active research partner role on request, in particular in the fields of innovation economics and regulation. In EU consortia we bring Europe-wide consortium experience.
How the fee works
Custom services are usually billed at a daily rate or as a fixed price, depending on scope and risk. Where possible we build in success-based components here too, in particular for services that directly contribute to approvals or disbursements.
What we don't do
- Workshops that do not lead to implementation.
- Pure methodology training without application to a real project.
- Consortium roles in fields where we lack the technical depth ourselves.
