We are a small, interdisciplinary team in Berlin. Whoever joins us writes applications from day one, sits at the table with managing directors and sees what becomes of their work. No consulting pyramid, no junior drudgery.

Innovation manager (m/f/d)
You look after mandates from the initial analysis through application drafting to the drawdown phase. You work directly with our clients' managing directors and guide consortium partners through the funding process.
- Degree in business, natural sciences, engineering or a comparable field
- Ideally first experience with public funding programmes (ZIM, Horizon Europe, state programmes)
- Excellent writing skills in German, applications are our main tool
- Independent working style and an appetite for direct client communication
Working student, funding research & application drafting (m/f/d)
You support our innovation managers with programme research, application drafts and drawdown reporting. Instructive, varied, with real insight into funding projects from the pitch to the approval.
- Enrolled student (business, natural sciences, engineering or a comparable field)
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Reliable, curious, happy to work in a small team
