Good ideas need more than money. Above all, they need the right mix of equity, public funding and advice. We bring all three.
How we work
For convincing ventures we come on board as an angel investor with tickets from €25,000. On its own that is rarely a game changer, but combined with our investor network and funding expertise it becomes a lever: the equity we put in opens the door to programmes that would be out of reach without co-financing.
What you get in concrete terms
- Early-stage investment from €25,000, as an angel via a structured shareholding or a convertible loan.
- Combinable with funding management: funding programmes that require co-financing become accessible in the first place.
- Network access: the funding landscape, advisory partners (legal, tax, IP) and follow-on investors through our network.
When it fits
When a founding team is technologically ambitious, the path to market can run through public funding, and a first equity injection in the low five figures is exactly the missing piece that makes the overall structure work.
What we don't do
- Investments in pure replications of business models without an R&D component.
- Shareholdings in companies without innovation.
- Follow-on investments on our own. We accompany follow-on rounds, but we do not lead them.
